Gross Fine Leak Test System MS Series
------ Leak Testing System For Hermetic Devices
This system is designed to leak test
hermetically sealed electronic components such as switch relays, crystal
oscillators, ceramic oscillators, SAW filters, minute relay IC and condensers.
This fully automated no contact/dry leak testing method system provides an
alternative to the conventional water bath/freoncarbon liquid testing method.
Cover large leaks to 10E9 Pam3 /sec minute leaks by using the MSH Series
combination gross leak/fine leak testing system.

MS - 500 Series The desk/table top
semi-automatic gross leak testing unit is equipped with easily changeable
capsules and a semi-automatic clamping jig.
|
|
|
Applications: ·For determining the need to
equip the MS-5000 Series Gross Leak Testing System. ·For testing low-quantity
production items. ·Sample testing. Appropriately selected capsules allow
measuring test parts up to 40 x 50. (Minimum applicable size 3mm x
3mm)

FGC
Series Gas Charger
As electronic component packages
become smaller, maintaining accuracy with conventional manual leak testing
methods becomes difficult. This especially becomes evident when testing
SMD components with dimensions of 3 x 3 mm or 2 x 2 mm. When manually
testing these parts, He gas evaporates into the atmosphere as the test
procedure is repeated 2 - 3 times to locate a detected leak. The FGC-500
Series is designed to automatically charge test parts in small chambers
with He gas and supply the charged parts into the leak tester to create
a fully automated, highly accurate leak testing system.
The desk/table top
semi-automatic gross leak testing unit is equipped with easily changeable
capsules and a semi-automatic clamping jig.

MS 5100 Series
In-Line Gross Leak Testers
This semi-automatic unit
combines testing capsules, clamping jigs and leak testing system.
|
|
|
This multi-channel testing system automatically inserts capsules into
the test chambers using external actuation signals, conducts the leak
test, and returns the capsules to their initial position, when leak
testing and evaluation processes are completed. User may determine
the number of channels required for a particular test (4 - 10). Since
the user chooses and applies the handling system, employing this unit
can be done at reduced cost.

MS - 5000 Series Gross leak testing system detects and evaluates the test parts fed through the
parts feeder. Fully automated gross leak testing system with the following
procedures: Supply, line-up, transport, measurement and evaluation.
|
|
|
- Fully
automatic gross leak testing system inspects and evaluates every work
part that is loaded into the system. This system automatically processes
the following operations in sequential order: Parts supply- line-up-
transport- testing- evaluation.
- Applicable test parts: Electronic components up to O12 x 3mm.
2x2mm (When FL-515 is applied)
- Multiple test part application is possible by changing the parts feeder
components, testing capsules and other settings.

MH - 50000
Series This system
conducts the fine leak testing process automatically, replacing the need
for manual operation.
|
|
|
Fine leak testing with an integrated helium leak tester inspects each
part individually.
During normal operation, all channels are inspected simultaneously, however,
when a reject (fail) is detected, independent inspection of each individual
channel is conducted.

automated system that processes gross and fine leak tests.
|
|
|
The most recent advanced development in leak testing. This
fully automated system unit is capable of conducting gas bombing and fine and
gross leak tests.
This system tests and evaluates helium-charged test parts and discharges
fine leak and gross leak rejects (fail) into separate boxes.
